I wish I will never travel on this kind of bus. It's raining and bus wipers are not working. I appreciate the driver but maintenance of the bus is very poor. It's hard to believe getting this kind of experience from Make My Trip. Thank you.

The vehicle experienced a breakdown during the middle of the journey. There is no alternative vehicle arranged for safety for women. I strongly advise against choosing this transportation option.

Actually we have booked for Bankapur from Pune, the destination name was Bankapur not Bankapur toll but they left at Bankapur toll.

No rest stop anywhere. Driver was stopping actually whenever they needed without informing the passengers. Very inconvenient. Whole night only one at 2:30 or 3 o'clock, some minutes it was stopped roadside announcing that he said to use the washroom. There was no room to qualify and that too only one in the whole night till morning. Conductor conveniently kept the vehicle in on mode while you were going for attending nature's call. Very bad.
