The journey was good, the staff was well behaved and helpful, the bus was clean and neat. The toilet was also not dirty, so everything was good and most importantly it was punctual. Rest stop for breakfast was not good, need to change that.

The bus was new. Had a personal TV with working internet connection. I could connect my AirPods also. Watched videos on YouTube to kill time. But I felt because of the TV leg movement was restricted. If you are over 5.9 , you will have problems. Had personal charging points with USB C and A and a separate charging point for laptops. Washroom was the cleanest I ever encountered. I hope they maintain this hygiene standard in future. Rest stop was really bad though. Food was okay there. Toilet was bad. Overall hygiene was 5. Comfort 3.5.
