Pillow was not provided. Blankets were smelling. No snack. No water bottles provided. Charging point was not working. Very rubbish service.

It is worst experience for me bsc bus departure time was 5:10 am from Shivpuri to Ujjain and my train time from Ujjain was 6 am, that's why I booked this bus, but bus arrived Ujjain at 6:15 am and my train had gone. Seats were not clean properly and size was also smaller than any other buses.

Amenities not provided, charging points and reading light not working, water bottle not provided. Driver and conductor are rude. Drop location changed so far. Worst journey ever. AC not properly cooling; they are operating at fan mode. Waste of money. Don’t book ever.
