Ac not at all working. Bus is full of dust. No proper stoppage for women. It stopped at 1 pm for lunch then directly at 11:30 pm near destination for dinner. No proper care for passengers at all. We cannot consider this as an ac bus. Please remove it from the ac category as all windows are open at daytime. It was a 12-hour journey. We can write a full story on this but the main thing is we will not consider this bus next time from Raipur to Daltonganj route after Ambikapur at all.

I never travel with this tour agency anymore. Best transportation is rail, more comfortable and more budget friendly. I will pay XXX INR for traveling Daltonganj to Raipur single slipper berth, but two hours before they called me Guys, never trust online booking, it's totally fake and a scam.

Such bad behaviour of staff and they switch off the AC. I told them to turn it on but they did not even reply. When I said I would complain about this, they said they would complain and that they do not care. So yes, even if it is free, do not travel in this bus as it is very bad.

I booked an AC ticket with a mobile charging facility, but during the journey, the bus had neither proper AC service nor a working mobile charging point.
