They don't let the AC work properly, we had to tell them to decrease the temperature but they increased it again and again.

Worst ride ever. Didn't stop for rest and refreshments. Didn't stop for dinner. AC was not working for hours.

I would like to request the restart of the 2 1 AC bus service (non-open window) on this route in place of the current 2 2 bus service with open-window facility. I have been regularly travelling on this route for the last three years and found the previous 2 1 AC bus service to be much more comfortable and convenient. The seating arrangement, passenger comfort, and overall travel experience were significantly better. Therefore, I kindly request you to reintroduce the 2 1 AC bus service on this route to improve passenger convenience and provide better travel facilities. I hope you will consider this request positively and take the necessary action.
