Very poor service had to wait 2 hrs to board the bus. No calls, no live tracking, very poor service. After 2 hrs, midnight 1 am telling silly reason and coming with another bus to pick up. No updation had to stand very long at boarding point.

Booked a Scania bus, but due to mechanical issues, they arranged a different bus, causing a 1 hour 40 minute delay along with traffic. No live tracking, no timely updates, and no accountability. The bus was scheduled for 11:20 PM, but they called only at 1 AM. Extremely poor service and management.

The bus was cancelled at the last moment. They did not provide any other bus or other facility. Very poor communication. Customer handling was also very poor. Do not choose this bus because of their inefficiency. They do not know how to handle passengers, they do not pick any calls, and they do not inform updates properly. Very bad experience.

The bus timing was 8.30 at the pickup location Perumba, Payyanur. At 8 o'clock, someone called me and said the bus timing was 8 o'clock. I argued and said no, it is by 8.30. Then that guy told me, are you coming or not? As the next day was a weekday, I did not have any option. I quickly reached there and got the vehicle. The seat marking is improper. Also, they stopped the service at Kalasipalaya and asked us to get on another bus. Overall, the service is very bad and I won't choose this bus again.
