We booked this bus. The photos shown on the app looked very good, but the actual bus was very old and clearly required proper maintenance. The biggest issue was that at the last moment, the route was changed without proper communication, which caused a lot of inconvenience to the passengers. Based on our overall experience, we are extremely disappointed and would give 0/5 rating. The bus condition and service were completely different from what was shown. I request and the travel operator to look into this issue and ensure that passengers get the service and bus quality that is actually promised.

The seats are dirty and not comfortable, live tracking not available, driver turned off the AC in between. Overall it is a bad experience.

Despite raising concern over the AC non-functional switch thrice, a temporary or permanent solution was not provided. Neither was a blanket given, as committed by the bus staff (we have washed blankets for the bus, we will provide you and others). The whole night, my co-passenger and I had to deal with cold air and had a sleepless night.
