Had a very nice experience, the staff were nice and polite, you get an entertainment console wherein you can watch movies. The seats, pillow and blanket were very clean and hygienic. Moreover, the welcome kit of a water bottle, cake and biscuits was just the cherry on the cake.

My bus booking was cancelled by the bus operator yesterday, 03/10/2026. I received a message stating that the refund would be processed, but the refund amount has not yet been credited to my bank account. Please check the refund status and let me know when I can expect the money to be credited. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

Appoint some professional driver!! We met with an accident post dinner at Demow. Fortunate that we're alive now but the bus went overspeed in its entire journey. Worst travelling experience in my entire lifetime. Would never recommend to my worst enemy to travel in your "esteemed" bus services. Even after the accident the driver was reluctant to stop the bus despite the passengers' request. The bus management should be held liable for all the damage and accident caused to the passengers. We were left midway in the middle of the night. Some of us went to streets to seek help from other buses. By god's grace, we were Lucky enough to find another bus which took us to GHY safely. the worst experience and management. Fire your team if you want to prosper in the travel zone. Thank you!
