I had an extremely disappointing experience. Despite repeated requests, the bus did not stop for washroom breaks for female passengers, and there was no restaurant stop during the 9-hour journey. In the last hour, we were shifted from a sleeper bus to a seater bus, causing unnecessary inconvenience. The seat numbering was incorrect, the conductor arrived just 10 minutes before departure, and the bus number was not provided in the message. The entire journey was poorly managed and highly unprofessional. I strongly recommend improving your service and taking passengers' comfort and basic needs seriously.
