The bus ride itself was normal, but my experience was ruined at the end. When I collected my luggage, it was completely soaked through with muddy water and soil. Key personal belongings and electronics inside were fully drenched and damaged. The luggage compartment is clearly unsealed and unsafe for passenger bags. Highly disappointing and unacceptable.
