Worst and most useless bus service. The AC doesn't work, there are no mobile charging points, and the seats are very uncomfortable. They even pick up passengers like a local bus, making the journey inconvenient. They don't send any message with the bus number or bus details before departure. You have to call them yourself to find out where the bus is. They won't even call or inform you. Travelling by buses is by far the best option compared to this service.

In spite of AC booking, the bus didn't provide us with AC switched on and the charging point is also switched off.

I booked my seat but the conductor sold my seat to another person. I paid for my seat, but the conductor took me without a seat from Bhubaneswar to Phulbani. So please.

I did not get any information about which platform number the bus will arrive at and I called the bus operator but did not get an answer. Usually, one hour before departure, I used to get information about the bus plate number and platform number, but this time I did not get any information. As a new customer, I almost failed to find the bus.
