Ride was good but there are some things to remember: seat with no kambal and blankets, no AC in the bus, and one more thing, when you board the bus at 8:45, the bus drops you in Indore at 5:25. That's perfect time because it's 400 km from Chhindwara. Overall good ride.

The driver was repeatedly switching off the AC, which made the bus very humid and uncomfortable. Despite requesting him several times, he did not keep the AC on. Please look into this issue.

If you are thinking that it's an AC bus, the answer is no. The bus operator will not run AC during the journey. Too much horn and loud music were playing during the journey, so you couldn't sleep properly. Time for reaching destination is 4:30, but we reached at 6:00 am. Not a very good experience during the journey.
