I wasn't dropped at my drop point because they were driving so fast. They saw me coming with the luggage, and first of all, they didn't keep my luggage in the compartment; instead, I kept it in the aisle. They didn't even help with taking the luggage in or out. I struggled all by myself and missed my drop point.

This was one of the worst bus journeys I have ever experienced. The bus broke down during the journey, and we were left stranded for a long time. When another bus finally came for rescue, it was already completely overcrowded. I had to travel the entire night standing, which was extremely uncomfortable and exhausting. There was no proper arrangement or support for the passengers despite the inconvenience caused. A breakdown can happen, but the way the situation was handled was extremely disappointing. Passengers deserve better arrangements, proper communication, and basic comfort during such situations. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service based on this journey.
