The driver skipped our stop and we had to wait till he got up. He left three families from the same point. Irresponsible people.

Overall, a good bus journey. The only issue was that the windows didn’t close properly, allowing strong wind and cold air inside the bus. Otherwise, everything was good.

Very unprofessional behaviour. They just left without picking up at boarding point. Even GPS was working, still such bad action. They did come back to pick after travelling more than 20 km from boarding point. That's only because many were there for boarding point. Many passengers were there. If there was only one, I doubt they would ever come back. Literally caused major headache for everyone.

Worst staff behaviour especially driver. Also, there is no hygiene in the rest stop and the second stop requires urinating on the roadside. Also, reached the boarding point before time and argued with passengers for silly reasons. Never ever book this travel in future.

I usually travel with this bus whenever I go to my hometown. They’re always on time, and the staff are also very polite and well-behaved. I’ve had a good experience travelling with them so far, especially compared to some other buses I’ve used.
