I had the worst bus travel experience of my life. The bus was supposed to reach Bengaluru at 6 am, but I arrived only at 10 am. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. Even basic facilities were not provided, and the seating was very congested and uncomfortable. Charging XXXXX for such poor service is unacceptable. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this bus service to anyone.

What is wrong with the staff? Did you let anybody and everybody on your website? This bus was supposed to pick me up at 11:30 pm but it came at 2 am. Also, it is currently 8:45 am now, and I still haven't reached my destination. I have 1 hour 30 minutes more to travel in this bus. Very bad experience. Staff should do some checking before letting such travel agencies register on your website.
