3rd class experience. I was supposed to reach Indore at 7:00 a.m. in the morning but there was traffic, so I understood that I would reach late. Still, the bus was stopping at a lot of stops in the journey and I reached at 4:00 p.m. instead of 7 a.m. My day was wasted, my plans were wasted. This was a complete wrong decision to travel in this bus. I will never recommend anyone to travel in this bus. Third class experience.

Worst bus to have a journey with stops everywhere to pick passengers who have not booked by the driver and the bus gets overloaded. Very rude staff.

My experience was extremely disappointing. They suddenly changed the bus without informing us properly. When I asked the staff to help me with my luggage, they refused. Even after 17 hours, they still couldn't get us to our destination. Moreover, when the staff changed the bus, they didn't even provide me with the seat I had originally booked. Their service was completely unprofessional, and I would not recommend travelling with them. Very poor service and a terrible travel experience.

The bus in which I had booked my journey from Mumbai to Indore has broken down on the way due to a gearbox failure. The bus operator has clearly refused to provide any alternate bus before 8 AM tomorrow. What should I do now? I am trying to find an alternative option on my own. I cannot wait alone on such a deserted road at this late hour, so I will try to get another bus and continue my journey. Please speak with the travel agency and arrange a double refund for me. If you think I am lying about the situation, you can send a survey link tomorrow and take feedback from the other passengers to verify what actually happened.

Overall, my experience with the bus service was disappointing. The only positive thing was that the bus reached Mumbai on time. However, there were several issues during the journey. The window was completely jammed and could not be opened, which was very uncomfortable. The headrest area was torn and damaged, and I could see small insects inside the damaged portion, which is a serious hygiene concern. The bus had only two stops for both food and washroom breaks, but the places where the bus stopped were extremely dirty and unhygienic. Proper cleanliness and hygiene were not maintained at these stops. At the last stop, there was not even water available in the washroom, which was very inconvenient for passengers. Reaching Mumbai on time was the only positive aspect of the journey. Apart from that, the bus condition, cleanliness, hygiene and quality of the stoppage facilities were not satisfactory. I request the management to take this feedback seriously and ensure better maintenance, cleanliness and hygiene for passengers in the future.
