Just giving my very free, frank and fearless opinion about my journey for your betterment. They started half an hour late journey at 3:30 at my pickup point. There was a heavy rush in the bus and many people travelling standing. Even the ventilation of the AC was not proper. However, the staff was a little bit cooperative. But do take good care for the next trip.

Bus was too old and very dirty. Seat was not comfortable. Bus was loaded with fish which was also smelling badly. How are you onboarding such a bus on your portal? I do not want to see that vendor on your list. You can verify and take action accordingly.

Rain water dripping from bus ceiling on passenger seat. I had to change 3 seats due to water. Bus needs to repair it.
