Dhanunjaya Travels Bus Booking

I booked my ticket last night from Bengaluru to Hyderabad. The promised drop-off time was 9:30 am, but it is already 11:20 am, and I still haven't reached Hyderabad. The driver/operator says it will take another 3 hours to reach the destination. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. A delay of several hours without reaching the destination causes serious inconvenience to passengers. If you cannot maintain the promised schedule, why do you mention a drop-off time while booking tickets? The service needs to take responsibility for these delays and improve. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend this service to others. Please take this complaint seriously.

Not stopped for breakfast anywhere. And linked bus from Bangalore is not with AC. Very poor management and their thought is like anyway passenger will travel because of no choice.

Hi everyone, don't book in this travels ever. Worst experience our passenger had faced today. We've booked seats for 1500, but before getting into the bus, that in charge was very rudely asking for extra 1000 for the seats, otherwise pack the back, go back to PG. We've paid as we wanted to go home. Then again, the bus which we travelled in is not permitted to enter Tamil Nadu border, so we had to shift to one more bus again with sitting bookings. Also, too much delay to reach destinations. Please try to avoid this travels mostly.

5 hours late and no response.

This was worst experience in my life guys don't book for less amount. I am going to Coimbatore boarding point Miyapur. They told bus starting time some issues and Bengaluru drop move to another bus that support. It's worst behavior for all passengers gets some struggle.

Very worst behaviour, don't stop food from Hyderabad to Perundurai. Not started at the correct time. 9:30 pm bus time but bus started at 12:30 am.

It was not as expected and that journey took almost 18 hours which takes 10 hours and no proper response. Live tracking bus was not clean, as it is full of dust and trash.

One of the worst of the bus experiences of mine. I usually don’t post reviews as I don’t care but this genuinely needed one.

3 hrs wait at boarding point. No pick up.

Very bad service. First of all, the bus was running very late. The bus was about to reach Coimbatore by 5 pm, but it reached Bangalore by 1 pm. Then they made us wait for 1 hour and switched the bus. Now the bus will reach Coimbatore by 10 pm. Pathetic service they give. After reaching Bangalore, the staff said, You all get down, another bus will come. They tried to give the owner number and left the location. The contact number given is not responding. From the start, the bus was not available from Ameerpet. One of the staff took us in an auto to some other stops, and we were very stressed throughout the journey. Don't ever travel on this bus again.
