They stopped the bus midway near Erode and made us board another bus. I reached my destination 1 hour late. My seat in the second bus was not clean. The bus staff did not provide us a clear reason for the change of bus midway. It was disappointing.

The bus broke down at 4.30 AM at Perumanallur, which is completely fine. But after that the management was not able to arrange alternate transportation. Till 7 AM, nothing happened, and each passenger went on their own. Very disappointed

Not allowed luggage in bus luggage carrier and all bags placed on our seat. Bus reached destination more than the actual scheduled time, it was more than 3 hrs.

The bus hasn't reached yet. It is supposed to reach by 7:10. It's already 9 now. No punctuality. Blankets are not proper. Hygiene is not well maintained. Overall bad experience.

On time at Chrompet. Boarding was smooth, bed and cleanliness were okay. Driver was friendly. On time drop. Pricing was cheap.
