The washroom was not working, even though it was shown while booking. The bus details like the bus number, color was not mentioned. There's only the driver, no helper. So whenever I called the number given in , the driver picked up and started shouting.

Worst experience. It was supposed to reach my destination at 8:15 but I reached at 10:30 and the seat was also not comfortable.

Very disappointing experience. I booked a couple seat with my wife, but after boarding the bus, I found that the actual seat arrangement inside the bus was completely different from the seat layout shown on the booking website. Because of this, my wife and I were given seats in different places even though we had booked a couple seat. This was not an issue faced only by us. Several other passengers also noticed that the actual bus layout was different from what was shown during booking and raised the same concern with the driver. Unfortunately, the driver's behaviour towards the passengers was very disrespectful. Instead of properly explaining or helping with the issue, he spoke rudely and used abusive words when passengers questioned the seating arrangement. The seat layout shown on the booking platform should accurately match the actual bus. If the bus or seating arrangement is changed, passengers should be informed in advance. Very poor experience with the seating arrangement and the way passengers were treated. I hope the booking platform and bus operator take this issue seriously.
