Driver told me to be at the point by 10 pm as the bus was in Sr Nagar at 9:30 pm when I called him. The bus tracking was not available to track and the driver was not picking up the call. Two hours standing with luggage was horrible. If the bus was stuck in the traffic or so, the driver could have told the same and he could have asked us to come late, but that did not happen. He did not respond at all till 11:30 and said the bus was at KPHB. The bus came at 12 am. The whole experience was really painful.

Very bad service still not reached Bhimavaram. 4 hours delay. Bus drivers very worst.

The worst experience in my life. The bus was very unhygienic and didn't even give the amenities they mentioned, even the charging port was not available. And the main thing, I boarded near Choutuppal tollgate but my actual boarding was Lakdikapul.
