I received a call four hours before the scheduled boarding time stating that the bus had been cancelled and I was being transferred to another one. However, there was no way to contact the operator for this new booking. Anyway, I boarded the other bus, but its condition was poor; water was seeping onto the seat. The seat was completely soaked due to the rain, and there was a foul odor all around. Overall, it was a very bad experience.
