Two tickets with same seat numbers. But issue resolved by present staff providing alternative available seat. Auto SMS also not received. Connected with team for the necessary clarity.

Worst experience. The conductor was worst and experience was worst. Not ready for washroom break and bus was stopping at all stops as local bus and unnecessary on passenger. Very very worst experience.

Hi, I wanted to register a complaint regarding my recent 8-hour journey from Rishikesh to Sonprayag. The pushback mechanism on my seat was broken and couldn't hold its position. Every time I tried to sit back, the seat slid all the way back into the person behind me. It was a miserable trip for both of us. Please ensure proper seat maintenance is done before dispatching buses.
