Bus got broke down, too much noise bus engine late arrival.

It was the worst experience for me. Not punctual about the time. The dropping time was 7:20 in the morning, but now it is 9:00 and we are still in the bus. The washroom is too unhygienic. I'll never prefer this bus again.

Worst bus travel experience — think twice before booking. 0/5 — absolutely not recommended. I had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with this bus service. I would strongly suggest checking other options before booking. 1. Misleading pickup timing: At the time of booking, the Surat pickup time was shown as 10:30 pm. Once the free-cancellation period was over, the pickup time was changed to 11:30 pm. This was highly inconvenient and felt very misleading. 2. Extremely late arrival: Even with the revised timing of 11:30 pm, the bus did not arrive until around 12:30 am. This caused unnecessary waiting and completely disturbed our travel schedule. 3. Very poor treatment of passengers and children: At around 2:00 am, the bus stopped for dinner. What made the situation worse was that the ac remained switched off for nearly an hour. The bus became extremely hot and uncomfortable. Children and several passengers woke up due to the heat and suffocation. This is simply unacceptable during an overnight journey. 4. Unhygienic and unusable washroom: The washroom inside the bus had no water whatsoever. As a result, a strong foul/urine-like smell spread inside the bus for the rest of the journey. The hygiene standards were extremely poor. 5. Tyre puncture and huge delay: At approximately 5:00 am, the bus got a tyre puncture. There seemed to be no proper backup arrangement or efficient emergency management. We were originally supposed to reach around 9:00 am, but were finally dropped at 12:15 pm. Overall experience: From the misleading timing change to the late arrival, lack of ac, poor washroom hygiene and breakdown, almost every part of this journey was problematic. A journey that should have been comfortable turned into a long and exhausting experience. My sincere advice: don’t risk your time, money and peace of mind. Look for another bus operator. 0/5 — would never book again. Highly not recommended.

Washroom inside bus is an outstanding facility but it didn't go well as expected because the whole bus (AC - so no room for bad smell to escape) was smelling like piss.

Yesterday night I travelled in Dev Darshan Yaarana travel from Amet to Mumbai. We had an awesome journey. He slept well. Nice design and lightings. AC also very good. Driver was so polite. They helped me with luggage. They replied to all our calls with a humble voice. Well maintained time departure and arrival.

The staff was polite, and the drivers drove very safely throughout the trip while keeping strictly to the timetable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and punctual bus journey!
