Bus was late and live tracking was not available. Other than that, the bus was good. Seats were also good. Charging ports are working well, including C type and USB.

We enjoyed our trip with driver punctuality. His behaviour was good. Best part is rest stop was hygienic.

The toilet was not working properly. The driver said the seat was broken. I had just booked this bus for my family and then this happened. They faced a lot of difficulties. If the toilet was broken, then why didn’t you mention this before booking the ticket.

Timings were changed to one hour late at the pick up point and even then they were 40 minutes late. Thereafter, it took three more hours to complete the journey, completely disrupting our itinerary. Even the seats were not comfortable, with them shaking vigorously. Really terrible experience.

I was with my family of four when one of us suddenly vomited on the floor despite trying to control it with our hands. Instead of asking about the person's health or showing any concern, the staff immediately fined us XXXX. I had never experienced such an insensitive and disappointing attitude before. Accidents and sudden health issues could happen to anyone. The staff should have shown some understanding and compassion rather than imposing a fine without considering the situation. It was a very disappointing experience and poor customer service.

My experience with this bus service was extremely disappointing. The bus was four hours late at the boarding point, causing a lot of inconvenience. The bathroom was extremely dirty and unhygienic. Whenever I called to ask about the bus’s location, the staff repeatedly said, We will be there in five minutes, but the bus still did not arrive.
