Overall experience is good but the only issue I face is the arrival delay; bus is late about one hour. Otherwise, overall experience is nice.

Toilets were dirty. Since it is inside the bus, there is foul smell as well. Rest all is fine. Staff is good, live tracking is fine, bus comfort is fine except washroom.

Bus has unusual sounds, very uncomfortable to rest on. Also, there is no restroom for this travel.
