Worst experience ever. Operator left without even contacting. When I tried to contact, the phone was not reachable for some time. Seats were not clean. The bus was overloaded with extra people sleeping on the floor.

It's almost 4 hours late at night, and also the time delay was not updated on the app. It was a horrible experience as it was a night journey. They need to update the schedule as they already know it will be late, and also it was night time so that passengers can manage their resting place.

Bus not coming. When transferring to another bus, the driver also had poor behaviour. Not a single seat was available.

The bus operators dropped me 6 km before the dropping point at midnight in the rain. I requested a lot but they dropped me at the wrong place at 1 am in the rain. I will take legal action.
