The bus was delayed by more than an hour, and no prior information was provided regarding the change in the bus timing. I was waiting at the bus stop with my young children, which caused significant inconvenience and discomfort. I request that timely updates be provided in the future whenever there is any delay or change in the scheduled bus timing.

One of the worst bus journey ever meanwhile we booked it in advance, and also one and only the main concern is we hadn't got the same same as we booked and expected. And even they didn't give us the minimum refund.
