I give this bus 0 rating. The bus is bad. If the bus breaks down on the way, the staff do not take any responsibility. No safety. Third-class bus service. They even ask passengers to get off halfway and say you have to sit in another bus. I give them 0 rating for rude behavior. Please do not book this bus. Nothing is right in this bus. No AC, no staff, no service, no facility, and no time responsibility. They leave at 11:30 pm and reach Vadodara at 12 noon. Very poor bus. Do not book this bus.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had. The bus broke down twice during our journey. The second time, we were told that the bus would not be able to continue and that we would have to be transferred to another bus. However, there was no space available on the other bus either, so we had to ask for a lift from another vehicle to reach our destination. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, something I never expected. I sincerely request a full refund of my money. Otherwise, I will be compelled to take further legal action on my own. I hope you will take this complaint seriously and process my refund as soon as possible.

AC is not working in the bus and arriving time is late by an hour and a half. Request to start AC is unheard.

Bed was not proper. Water was leaking from AC duct. AC duct was not covered with air wind function. Too hectic to manage during 7 hours journey. We had to cover the AC duct ourselves with clothes and paper.

Very bad comfort and suspension is very bad. No sleeper privacy (without door), only curtains are your privacy in your buggy. Midway the bus broke down (not working), so they shifted passengers into another bus, but the new bus was already full of passengers and all seats were full. So, all passengers slept in the mid lobby throughout the night. Very bad experience.

The bus broke down midway through the trip, so they took us to another bus. We also did not have comfortable seats and sat on the aisle.
