I booked 3 AC seater or sleeper tickets for my family, but the actual bus provided was completely non-AC. This was totally different from the service shown and paid for at the time of booking. The bus was also in very poor condition and did not feel like the AC service we had booked. We paid for an AC bus but were forced to travel in a non-AC bus. I had video evidence of the actual bus and its condition. This was extremely disappointing, especially when travelling with family. The operator should take responsibility for this mismatch and provide an appropriate refund or compensation. It was a very disappointing experience, and I gave 1 star only because 0 stars was not available.

Respected customer support team, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding my recent travel experience with your bus service. my journey was completely unacceptable due to poor maintenance, dangerous driving, and extremely unprofessional behavior by your staff. I would like to highlight the following issues faced during the journey: unprofessional staff: the bus conductor was extremely rude, unhelpful, and behaved in a very unprofessional manner. poor bus hygiene & condition: the bus seats were dirty, and the window curtains were torn, making the environment completely unhygienic and uncomfortable. reckless driving: the driver was driving very rashly, posing a serious safety risk to all passengers on board. delay in service: the bus reached the destination 1 hour late, causing significant inconvenience. overall, this experience was terrible and rates 0 out of 10. as a paying customer, i expect a basic standard of safety, cleanliness, and polite behavior—all of which were completely missing. i request you to look into this matter immediately, take strict disciplinary action against the assigned driver and conductor, and ensure that your buses are properly cleaned and maintained. i look forward to your prompt response and an explanation regarding this matter.
