Charging was off, I asked him to turn it on but they refused and the driver stopped at Kalamboli for 50 minutes to fill other seats. Because of that, we reached late.

Seats were not comfortable. Most of the seats were not getting pushed back. Bus was not on time. Bus operator told that bus will arrive at 7pm and bus arrived at 8pm. Also live tracking was not available.
