They are not waiting for me, and I didn't enter the bus. They sold my seat to another person. I am not expecting this type of service from Red Bus, it's so shame on you, very bad experience. I am never suggesting anyone to book any bus from this application.

I booked for AC bus, they transferred me to non AC bus. Didn't give money back. Took same ticket money for non AC bus. Also, came very late. 1:30 hours delay and I reached 2 hours late.

Waste of money. Driver and staff behaviour was very rude. Speaking threatening language. How can anyone travel without hygiene and safety. No bedsheet no blankets. Literally you are sleeping on the bed where many people slept before, no replacement possible for bedsheet since they are permanent on seat. When we complained about bedsheet then driver replied rudely and asked us to step out of the bus at late night around 11.00 pm on random place on highway. Worst experience so far during my 16 years of traveling journey.

Online bus route was Aastha sangli jaysingpur ichalkaranji then Kolhapur but driver took first to Kolhapur then talked rudely and dropped us at tanwani hotel entrance of Kolhapur not only to me but yes other passengers also if you want you can call other passengers and ask them worst experience it was actually its also mistake you should ban them with this type of rating.
