The bus was delayed by two hours, and the replacement bus provided was unhygienic, featuring dirt-filled pillows, bedsheets, and curtains.

Bad maintenance of the bus. If the bus stopped or there was a problem, they shifted to another bus. If they booked an account bus, they boarded a non-account bus.

There is no rest stop. If we want to go, we have to ask them. There should be some fixed time and stops should be there. They will change the dropping point route at their convenience.

Bus broke down and after 4 hours around 2 am they arranged an alternate bus that too broke down and left passengers midway. I had to book a car to travel to my destination.
