Bus was too uncomfortable according to the fare and also no curtain and glass for privacy. Also, time taken is much.

Bus was late by 2 hours. The pick-up point mentioned in the bus ticket was different from the actual pick-up point. The driver did not stop the bus at the dropping point mentioned in the ticket. The lower deck strategy seat I booked was already given to other persons by the bus staff, and when I asked, he argued with me and told me to have the upper deck seat. Overall, the experience was very poor.

Still not reached. In Varanasi, we had to get down due to breakdown of the bus. They arranged a local bus to Gorakhpur which is pathetic. Still not reached.
