Subject, formal complaint regarding rainwater leakage and wet sleeper seat. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my journey from Hosur to Theni on 15 October 2026. The sleeper seat allotted to me L18 on the bus was wet due to rainwater leaking into the bus. This caused significant discomfort throughout my journey and resulted in a very poor travel experience. As a passenger, I expected a clean, dry, and comfortable sleeper seat after booking and paying for the service. This issue reflected poor maintenance of the bus and caused considerable inconvenience. Journey details, route, Hosur to Theni, boarding time, 9:30 PM, seat number, L18. I requested to investigate this issue with the operator, take appropriate corrective action, and provide a suitable refund or compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please acknowledge my complaint and share a proper resolution at the earliest. Thank you.
