The maintenance is very poor, and the driving is the worst. Basic amenities are not provided, and the AC is not working. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I hope these issues are addressed to improve the service.

No AC, bus broke down several times. Wrong boarding point. I had to walk 4km at midnight in severe rain. Worst driver. Never taking CSR travels again in my life. Worst travels ever.

Curtains were not clean and the bus was also not clean. They have to take care of it. One good thing is that the bus arrival is on time.
