Ac not working all the time and six hours late. So bad bus.

Ac is not working. Driver and conductor are not listening and started to misbehave. Very horrible journey.

The bus arrived in Satna approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes late. I will avoid traveling on this bus in the future, and the staff was completely negligent—talking loudly and listening to music at high volume, even during the night.
