Very worst journey I have ever had. There was absolutely no punctuality. The bus was supposed to reach at 7:40 AM but arrived only at 8:30 AM. Moreover, there was no live tracking facility for the bus, which caused a lot of tension, especially for the ladies travelling on board. The behaviour of the driver towards female passengers was completely unacceptable, as he was trying to flirt with everyone. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and made the journey uncomfortable. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

They will not stop the bus in a convenient place during the morning for using bathroom or toilet facilities. The bus reached Thiruvananthapuram only at 10 am. It is very much an inconvenience to the passengers. I will not suggest this in my future journey. The crewmembers are also uncooperative.
