Bus had some issue halfway that needed to be fixed. Including that the drop off time became 3-4 hours late.

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable travel experience. Yesterday, I travelled on your bus to Cochin, and the experience was absolutely horrible. Despite being an AC bus, the air conditioning was not working, and the windows could not be opened either. Imagine being trapped inside a bus with no proper ventilation, suffering throughout a long journey. This is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the traffic congestion made the journey even more unbearable. I paid for an AC bus expecting a comfortable and decent travel experience, but instead, I had to endure an exhausting and miserable journey. Providing a bus with non-functional air conditioning and no way to get fresh air is a serious failure in service quality. This is not just poor service; it is a complete failure to provide the service customers have paid for. Passengers deserve basic comfort, safety, and proper ventilation, not to be trapped in such terrible conditions. I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and demand a full refund for the ticket. I expect an immediate response and a proper resolution to this complaint. If this issue is not addressed seriously, I will consider escalating the matter to the appropriate consumer grievance authorities. I strongly urge your management to take responsibility for this unacceptable service.
