Without reason, extra charge rule gave 2 bags allowed. Staff allowed 1 bag and took extra charge. I will never travel in bus.

Very worst experience. Staff behavior and delaying to reach destination. Now time 7.10 AM still bus in Ujjain. Never recommend to in future also for such service. They loaded material which dropping and taking time. No worry about passenger.
