I was booked single coat for my comfort; however, allocated seat is double coat which was unfair and fraud. It shows only single cot and I paid extra for the same; should not be moved to double cot.

Journey was very comfortable, bus was new and very clean. Bus got delayed due to traffic, other than that very good service provided.

Bus was new and comfortable, staff behaviour and punctuality was good. Only problem is stains on bedsheet, other than that service is very good and affordable.

Very disappointing experience. The bus arrived almost an hour late, and the staff did not listen to or properly address our concerns. The administration was equally unhelpful and showed little concern for the passengers. Overall, the service was extremely poor, and I had a very bad experience. I would expect better punctuality, communication, and customer support from the service provider.
