While travelling in rain, the bed became wet due to leakage of water. No attender or helper was there. When I informed the driver, he just told me to remove the bed cover and cover the bed with blankets. Is this my job to do all these things and sleep in that wet area? Worst experience.

Driver is good but the bus is very old and water leakage very uncomfortable. Waste of money, don't book this bus.

Zero punctuality and the bus got delayed almost 3 hrs. Seat and sleep comfort is average.

Totally I am disappointed in this travel. First of all, I chose a window seat for getting the charging point, but that side's charging point is not working. Second, the pickup time showed 9.30, but the bus reached 9.50. At the dropping point, they wanted to reach at 6.45 am, but the bus reached 8.20 am. I faced more and more difficulties from this travelling. First time at the bus, worst experience. I won't travel again with this company.

One of the worst and most disappointing travel experiences ever! We booked a bus with Mudalur as our drop-off point. During the journey, we got down at Tiruchendur to use the restroom, asked permission from the driver also, but the driver left without waiting for us and took the bus away, leaving us behind. This is completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior. How can a driver leave passengers behind without even ensuring that everyone has returned? We trusted this bus service, but the experience was absolutely horrible. The driver showed no basic responsibility or concern for the passengers. I would never recommend this bus service to anyone. Extremely poor service, worst experience ever, and a complete waste of trust! Waste of money, the journey made us very stressed.
