Superb keep it up. Superb cleanliness and staff behavior very superb. They responded very superbly and on time pick up and drop. Decent journey. Bed also comfortable. Great full journey. Keep it up guys.

My bus pickup time was 10pm, but bus came at 11.30pm. Arrival time at Coimbatore was at 5.30 am, but bus arrived at 8.45 am to Coimbatore. One of the worst experiences ever. When I enquired about bus arrival time at pickup point, they said this bus normally arrives 1 hr late to pickup and reaches destination late. I will never travel again in this bus.

Worst one, as the staff did not provide the bus number and tracking till the boarding time. And the bus was delayed by 75 minutes. We were standing at the boarding point for more than one hour without knowing any information about the bus. When we boarded the bus finally after the delay, we asked the staff to open the storage space for keeping our trolley. The staff refused to open it and asked to keep it at the end near the emergency exit door inside the bus, which was very rude behavior against us. And the staff did not provide a water bottle for us. This was the third time the staff were not providing a water bottle during travel. We were shocked when we came to know that there was some food waste tied in a cover and kept in our berth L3 and L4. Finally, the driver and staff in the bus refused to stop for an emergency bio break, stating that they stopped just 90 minutes before, even though I mentioned it was an emergency need for a female passenger. That was such a rude behavior from the crew. Totally one word to mention about the travel was worst. We were not ready to face this unforeseen situation. Please fix this.

The driver and the cleaner were so rude and not even a single water bottle was provided, and on top of that, the bus got delayed 3 hours. He turns off the live tracking if the bus is late.
