Need to improve timing. Bus was late by 1.5 hr due to taking seats and overall hotel experience was somewhat bad.

Hi staff, my bus broke down and operator did not provide alternative proper seats. This was service failure. Bus failed at Malegaon, Nashik district. Operator shifted us to another vehicle with no sitting space, we had to stand and travel in very uncomfortable condition for 3 hours but charged full fare. Requesting full refund of rupees XXXX as per your breakdown policy. I had ticket screenshots. Please process immediately.

Very bad experience very disappointed with this bus no timing everywhere stopping taking local passenger and dropping everywhere no punctuality.

I had booked a window seat online but didn't get it; the bus had seat '26W' marked, whereas the booking showed seat '25' as the window seat. This is the travel operator's mistake.
