Bus driver is very bad. He didn't let us off at the stop where we wanted to get down; instead, he stopped the vehicle at the wrong place and made us get off there.

During booking they showed different dhaba - "hotel taste of something" but they stopped somewhere "ridhi sidhi dhaba" which is very small, and only one person served, even he was very rude to everyone. I was not able to eat properly.

If you want to raise a complaint to the bus operator/company, you can send: I would like to report the unprofessional behavior of the bus staff and driver during my journey. The scheduled pickup time communicated to me was 10:00 PM. However, the bus arrived at the pickup location at 9:30 PM without any prior notification. Since I live approximately 20 km away from the pickup point, I had already left my home and was following the guideline of reaching at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time. When the driver and staff called me, I informed them that I had not received any update regarding the earlier pickup and requested them to wait for 10 minutes. Instead of cooperating, they started arguing. Despite the situation, I reached the pickup location by 9:40 PM. However, even after I boarded, the staff continued arguing and blamed me for the delay. When I explained that I had not been informed about the revised pickup time, they stated that it was the office's responsibility. Further, when I requested them to behave professionally, the driver and staff responded in a threatening manner, saying that they behave like this only and can do whatever they want. I request you to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that passengers are treated respectfully and that any changes in pickup schedules are communicated properly in advance.
