Even if they could halt in a paid restroom place, it would be good. Driver Anna was very polite and really helped us feel comfortable to reach the place.

My journey from Koyambedu, Chennai, to Tirunelveli was good overall, but there were a few issues that need improvement. Unfortunately, none of the charging ports on the bus were working. I had to board the bus in a hurry after finishing work, and when I tried to charge my phone, I found that the charging ports were not working. When I asked the driver about it, the staff responded rudely and told me to bring a charger with a bigger pin. However, my phone uses a Type-C to Type-C cable, so how am I supposed to charge my phone with a different pin charger? It was frustrating that I couldn't charge my phone even during an emergency. Also, the AC was too low in terms of cooling. Since passengers are paying for the service, the AC should work properly. Apart from these issues, everything else was excellent. The bus was comfortable, the food stop was good, and the restroom facilities were clean and hygienic. Overall, it is a great bus service, but I hope CIT Travels improves the charging facilities, AC performance, and staff behavior.
