I would have given negative stars but since that option is not available I am giving one star out of compulsion. Your bus is late by more than 4 hours and you people don't have minimum courtesy to call the passenger and inform about the delay.

driver got sleep while driving and we meet an acedent due to over work load as day before I think election duty was there and early morning he drives so also bust just moved 10 to 12 KM from starting point my ticket money was not refunded.

The bus service is not punctual and often arrives late. It is usually overcrowded with too many passengers, making the journey uncomfortable. Additionally, the live tracking system is not functioning, causing inconvenience for commuters.
