Change your route has completely broken from Nagpur to Khandwa. After Khandwa to Indore was good. But on this route, the whole bus is jumping. We are unable to sleep and even sit properly. I will never book this bus again in my life.

Bus held long time but no time for passenger, no time to stop for toilet, no time to stop for tea, no time to stop for emergency, still it is 11.11 am we are 57 km to reach, because of heavy leakage in bus claim on hill road.

Excellent driving with 3 well-timed stops. Very polite and professional staff behavior. Clean bus interior, though the window curtains were visibly dirty. Delayed by 40 minutes. Live tracking feature was not working. Unhygienic rest stop facilities. Safety addition needed: The first seat directly next to the entrance gate needs an extra side handle and a side separator to prevent falling.
