very bad service Bhopal arrival time is 9.40 but 10.41 reached at salakanpur and not maintained hygiens

Too much noise. Every part of the bus is damaged, like windows and gate. Taking stops frequently.

Worst experience. They don't value your time and safety was no word here. The bus broke down 3 times from Bhopal to Harda - once they saw their tyre was punctured, next their gearbox didn't respond, and on the last the brakes weren't working! All that in jungle-like places. A total of 1.5 hours of delay at night. The ticket prices are too high and the maintenance was zero. And this was not the first time I got a pathetic experience with the bus service. Also, the driver and conductors keep giving lifts to their drunkard friends. Don't ever book their bus if you worry about your safety.

6:50 is the scheduled arrival time at ISBT Bhopal, but the bus arrived at 7:30 pm.

Everything was best but I have given 1 star because of ticket price. If I had taken this ticket from the bus conductor, then it was just 230, but you have charged 248. I know you charged, but 18 rupees are too much, so think about this.
