this bus didn't arrived on time, it is approx 2 hours late on own time and toilet gate does not lock.

No rest stops provided. Very late dinner stop given (11.30 pm bus stopped for dinner). Terrible washroom hygiene and very small washroom. Bus did not stop for using washroom outside.

My last stop chosen by me is Barkhutla Khan Stadium but the bus does not drop me at my chosen stop. Bus last stop AIIMS Hospital only.

The constant swerving and whipping around corners was so violent that it made my head spin and left me feeling completely dizzy and motion-sick. Every time the bus turned, passengers were thrown side to side, holding on tightly just to stay in their seats.

If the bus is not going to the final destination, then they should have informed before boarding. It is not a service just because you are convenient. You will be told to get down in between and take another bus to the final destination. Bad experience at the place where they stop for dinner and service. Better to take another means of transport after paying XXXXX.
