Once this bus was very good. It was punctual and provided water and stable Wi‑Fi to all passengers. But nowadays it has become the worst bus on this route. Because it halts at multiple places to pick up unreserved customers, it has been delayed by at least 40 minutes on the last few trips I traveled. After boarding, you may even find that the conductor has given your reserved seat to an unreserved passenger. The bus charges for facilities like water bottles but never provides them. Also, you need to call their central office just to get the Wi‑Fi started.

There is no specific stoppage on the bus. Even if the bus seat is empty, the passenger is picked up wherever they are seen. The bus is very slow, which is very annoying.
