Fed local passengers and they sat on my booked seat. Due to high crowd, I could not sit properly and my back hurt. Three passengers sat with me on my booked seat.

It was a very poor experience. The tracking service provided incorrect and inaccurate information about the bus arrival time. The app showed 10.25 pm, but the actual arrival was much later. The bus also kept stopping for local passengers. Because of this wrong information, I was at risk to miss my connecting train. Please improve your tracking and provide accurate information.

Horrible, they are carrying other's passenger as well who didn't have reservation and they are occupying your seats, pathetic will never travel and red bus please return my money. Totally worthless. I have photo of it as well.

The bus was extremely dirty and the bedsheet provided was not clean. There was no toilet facility, which made the journey very inconvenient. More passengers were accommodated than the bus capacity, with people sitting in the corridor. Passengers were continuously shouting, creating a lot of disturbance. There was a very bad smell inside the bus and the overall comfort was terrible. Overall, the hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and service quality were highly unsatisfactory.

Worst trip ever. The driver was switching off the AC after every 10 minutes to save fuel. I booked a lower seat sleeper. There was no glass window to close the compartment, only curtains. Moreover, they filled cargo (big bags) in the passageway, which hampered to and fro movement, and also the cargo was coming onto the seats. Please do not book from this travel agency.
