Very bad management. Third quality facility. And he is seating too many people, labour, anyone for money. The behaviour of staff is very, very bad. Nothing is good. I requested you not to hire this type of bus. This is the worst thing that has happened to me.

A lack of cleanliness was there. Second, there was much traffic in the bus. There was no way to go in and out from the alleyway. Most importantly, it reached its destination with a three-hour delay. Worst service.

At the time for travels interior not cleaning and AC travels in sleeper smoking for the driver responsibility for not travel next time.

No blanket was there. Hygiene was bad. At my stop local passengers were filled. There was no space to move or get out at my stop. In this hotchpotch, my ring also got lost while hurrying to get out and move from that packed space with people. Not recommended at all.

If you would have shown me the images of this bus earlier I wouldn't even have clicked on this bus. Very pathetic bus service, very pathetic seats (as my seat wasn't reclining), very pathetic driving. There were too many halt stations, he made us wait for 30 mins in Narnaul. I will never ever book this bus. Please remove this bus from your app as per my suggestion.

Too much other passenger load in bus passage. No space to move to go to the washroom and for snacks.

I haven't received any resolution. They took the money from me but didn't provide the travel service; I had to take another bus to reach my destination. Please refund my money.
