My booking was from Jaipur to Rishikesh, but the bus dropped us at Haridwar only and got delayed by 9 hours to reach Haridwar. Very pathetic service. Does not recommend traveling with this operator.

1) Bus arrived 1 hour late at boarding point in the night. 2) Live tracking was not working. 3) The reaching time given is wrong. 4) Bus got damaged in the midway at early morning & another bus arranged was in worst condition with no cleanliness. 5) The passenger with the children got very much irritated & the journey becames headache. 6) How the bus operators ratings is 3.6, it should not be more than 2 as per the journey experience.

not good experience, Driver admitted illegal 7 to 8 pessangers. These pessangers occupied walking passage, hence it was difficult to come out from this travels bus.

Don’t book this. Bad experience and bad decision to book this travel. Zero hygiene. Zero women safety. Drivers are allowing passengers without tickets just for a small amount of money.
